Mise En Plus Food Manufacturing, Club Synergy, Time Out, Bondeal and amusement operations; and with international brands, namely El Pollo Loco, The Round Table Pizza, Mango Tree, Slappy Cakes and Coca. He also consulted for food cart operation concepts such as the Minute Burger, Santinos, Pizza Pedricos, Mr. Softy Ice Cream. He is a certified Trainer of Equip Leadership by John C. Maxwell ( 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership).
